Adrian Rodrigues
Founder and Senior Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist

Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist, Elite Performance Coach and Rehabilitation Specialist.
Proud founder of Physical Insight in 2000; Adrian has dedicated decades to helping as many people as possible with their health to enable them to live their best lives.
Adrian has years of experience with athletes, coaches and managers ranging from a variety of sports, athletic, martial arts, dance professionals, state and national athletes, corporate clients, high profile clientele and the general public.
He develops specific rehabilitation and chronic disease training programs, sport specific training techniques, elite training sessions and specific educational programs for sports, coaches and athletes Australia wide.
Adrian offers training workshops to individuals, gym members, athletes, fitness professionals and sporting clubs. Providing the opportunity for all to learn from one of Australia's leading fitness, health, performance and training professionals.

Felicia Osorio Schwarz

Masters of Clinical Exercise Science and Rehabilitation, Bachelor of Exercise Science (Sport Practice)
Known for her upbeat and caring nature, Felicia is most passionate about empowering and supporting people improve their quality of life through movement.
Over the past 4 years as a coach, her experience has seen her working with children and adults, both in groups and one-on-one settings. She has training experience in dance, martial arts, cycling, strength training, and sprint training, giving her knowledge in different settings.
She recently enjoyed programming and competing in HYROX. Felicia will never turn down the opportunity for coffee and brunch and loves to get out in nature. She also loves a good animation movie.
She believes exercise/movement looks different for everyone and is life-giving, particularly as we age.

Corey Drakos
Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist

Master of Clinical Exercise Science and Rehabilitation, Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science.
Corey has developed a strong foundation in evidence-based exercise rehabilitation and health behaviour change. He has worked with children and adults in both individual and group settings, supporting clients with musculoskeletal, cardiac, and pulmonary conditions, and delivering strength-based programs in gym settings.
Corey is passionate about empowering clients to improve their overall health and wellbeing, with a strong focus on building confidence, self-efficacy and sustainable lifestyle habits through tailored exercise and education. His background also includes experience as a tennis coach, allowing him to bring an engaging, supportive and practical approach to movement and performance.

Caleb Morrissy

Caleb has developed a strong foundation in evidence-based exercise rehabilitation, health behaviour change, and client-centred care. From Geelong, Caleb has a strong sporting background and experience working with a diverse range of clients across individual and group settings, including those with neurological, metabolic, musculoskeletal, and chronic health conditions. He also has a background in nutrition, allowing him to take a holistic approach to supporting clients’ health and lifestyle goals.
Caleb is passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of individuals through tailored exercise programs, education, and support. He focuses on helping clients build confidence, independence, and sustainable lifestyle habits while creating a positive and encouraging environment. His background in sport, strength, and nutrition training allows him to bring an engaging, practical, and holistic approach to exercise and health.

Shelley Rodrigues
Business Manager
Shelley has many years experience in managing corporate Health and Wellbeing programs, Event Management, Project Management and is also a Risk Management Consultant.
For Physical Insight, Shelley manages all business aspects including (but not limited to) Customer Relations, Marketing, Business Development, Finances, IT and more.
Shelley is dedicated to helping the team grow to enable Physical Insight to offer as many allied health services in as many locations as possible, so that a wider range of people may access a higher range of quality services.

Since 2000, Physical Insight has been providing Accredited Exercise Physiology (AEP) services. Over the years we have helped thousands of patients use exercise as medicine.
We have a team of quality professionals that you can trust and will work with you respectfully as we assist you to achieve a better health outcome.

What is an Exercise Physiologist?
Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEP's) are allied health professionals with tertiary qualifications and national registration with the governing body, Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA). AEP's provide exercise, lifestyle and behaviour change, support and interventions to assist in the prevention and management of chronic disease and injuries.
What is Allied Health?
Allied health professionals are health professionals (other than medical, dental or nursing professions) that are university qualified practitioners with specialised expertise in preventing, diagnosing and treating a range of conditions and illnesses. Physical Insight currently offers Exercise Physiology, but is planning to expand our Allied Health services to include additional services (such as Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Dieticians etc) as soon as possible.
